For 20 years, Hélène Méric has been passionate about languages and linguistics, teaching French in Melbourne private secondary schools. Now, she has embarked on a new journey as a French Tutor and Life Coach.
Hélène believes that communication in different languages is more than just useful; it is fulfilling, enriching and fun. She sees teaching and coaching as inseparable, and she is not only drawn to the power and beauty of words, but also to the inner voice and hidden meanings behind them.

Hélène Méric, a French native speaker from Aveyron in France. She graduated from Toulouse University, where she studied French and English Linguistics, phonetics, English modern and classic literature, as well as Spanish and psychology. Her study choices were linked to her will to become an educator which were at the time being an English teacher.
In 2001, with her husband, they fulfilled their dream to travel the world. After travelling across 13 countries, they spent 18 months in Australia from Darwin to Sydney and decided to settle in Melbourne. After completing a Graduate Diploma in Education at Monash University, her initial plan of teaching English in France changed to teaching French.
